Take a ride on a lily pad with Tuesday by David Wiesner. Frogs living in the swamp realize with great delight that their lily pads can fly. They soar by the thousands through the sky get caught in bedsheets hanging to dry and end up in a woman’s house who has fallen asleep watching TV, they are enthralled by the television but push onward into the night to have an encounter with a furry animal friend. As daylight approaches the amphibians make their way home (unhappily), leaving humans puzzled. But what will happen next Tuesday?
